PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated on August 10th, 2017. Whenever this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is modified we will signify that changes have been made by updating the date currently displayed in this statement. This policy is always available on the seattleimpacthall.com website.

HUB SEATTLE LLC ("Impact Hall") takes Member’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII) seriously. This policy explains the nature, purpose, use, and sharing of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected via Impact Hall’s services whether collected online or offline, or when conducting a transaction with Impact Hall or its vendors and third parties.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Impact Hall (through seattleimpacthall.com, the Member Portal and other services) receives and stores PII (including, without limitation, names, street addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses). Impact Hall may also keep a record of any correspondence. Such information is only made known to Impact Hall when it is voluntarily submitted or posted.

PII will be shared with third parties only to further the purpose for which it is provided or when Impact Hall believes in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights of Impact Hall or its Members.

PII will be used by Impact Hall and its authorized agents only to:

a) to process requests (e.g., answer questions, signing up for day passes, conference room hours, memberships, etc.).

b) to communicate, personalize and administer the seattleimpacthall.com website based on stated interests and preferences or make related offers.

c) to place names, profiles, and contact information on the internal member network for connection with other Members and allow Members to make themselves visible on Impact Hall’s internal network when Members are logged in.

d) to place names and profiles (including social media links and/or individually provided profile information) on the seattleimpacthall.com website.

e) to track Member’s presence in Impact Hall for access to our network based on individual membership profiles.

f) as may, in Impact Hall’s sole judgment, be required by any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Third Parties and Service Providers. Impact Hall services (such as payment services) may be operated by third parties or service providers who collect PII necessary to accept and process orders on behalf of Impact Hall. PII collected by Impact Hall is never revealed to others or used by third parties for any purpose not authorized by Impact Hall. As authorized by Impact Hall, our service providers will provide PII in response to legitimate subpoenas or other appropriate law enforcement activities.

Impact Hall holds third parties and service providers to the same high standards used by Impact Hall to ensure security, confidentiality and integrity of PII. When using services by third parties or Impact Hall’s service providers, disclosing information, and/or granting permission to collect information, the use of personal information is governed by the privacy policy of that third party or service provider.

Credit card information provided to buy services or merchandise is used solely to determine that this information is valid, that sufficient credit is available to pay for the purchase and to apply the cost of the purchase when the services are rendered.

Security. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although Impact Hall takes several steps to secure the information that is collected strives to protect personal information, Impact Hall cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information. Impact Hall uses reasonable efforts to ensure that collected information is secure and not readily accessible to unapproved individuals or third parties.

Impact Hall cannot ensure that all private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), Impact Hall may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse personal information that they collect from the seattleimpacthall.com website. Therefore, although Impact Hall uses industry standard practices to protect privacy, Impact Hall does not promise, and Members should not expect, that personal information or private communications will always remain private.
